Creative Practice: Started the background for a DLP challenge. Use a cardboard box in a page. My sister brought me this green tea and chocolates (also in beautiful packaging) from Harrods last time she was in London. I’ve saved the boxes because I love the designs so much and finally have a chance to use them. Not sure how the end product will look yet, but I like the start.

Creative Practice: Did some journaling today.

Creative Practice: Made my weekly background. I have been adding paint to my journal now that I discovered clear gesso. This one includes watercolor and acrylic.

Creative Practice: Worked on some envelopes that are going to be used for happy mail. I tried out my fake gelli plate. I used a sheet of thick foam from the craft store. It was a whole seventy five cents with my coupon. It seemed to work pretty well. I painted the back of one envelope today as well.

Creative Practice: Painted the background for the week. Finally got to it at the end of the week. Wanted to do monochromatic today.

Creative Practice: Went to dog beach with Parker today. Did some writing and reading. Also, took pics of the old doggie!

Creative Practice: I made very yummy Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls from Wandering Chopsticks. These are made with rice paper wrappers so they are naturally gluten-free.
